Los Angeles County Museum of Art -Van Gogh Exhibit
Before the artwork was even shipped from its current location in Washington D.C. The Los Angeles County Museum of Art had to prove to the insurance companies that it could provide a controlled environment of strict temperature and humidity conditions. We designed and installed the system to insure these conditions were met. In addition to providing an "environmental envelope" around all the artwork, the system had to respond to the additional heating and humidity loads imposed by the thousands of people viewing the displays.
The museum chose Bridger Controls for this project because of our extensive experience in the design and construction of clean room facilities for the semi-conductor and aerospace industries.
The Van Gough exhibit fused modern technology and classical artwork... a winning combination with which we were proud to be associated.
