We provide services and systems to customers primarily on a negotiated basis. On occasion we are part of the competitive proposal process for large or unique applications. Our customers have come to rely on :
1. Turn key installation, startup, commissioning and follow-up service and support,
2. All submittal data and pre-construction co-ordination between the project owners, end users and engineering and construction personnel,
3. All control hardware, panels and field devices required for a project,
4. Turnkey Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical installation as required to comply with all local building code requirements,
5. All operational software for field controllers, panels and front end or remote computer systems,
6. Provision of as-built control drawings documenting all additions/modifications to base building systems associated with tenant improvement projects,
